If you prefer, you can pay us a fee and we will refund any commission we receive, completely ensuring the independence of our advice. It's really not necessary though, we never risk our reputation by putting profit in front of professionalism.

Our competitors receive this commission from the lender for arranging mortgages; it's just that most of them charge you for a fee for their advice on top of this. These fees range from a couple of hundred to a few thousand pounds. They can also be tied to a small panel of lenders and insurers. So you can be offered less choice for a lot more money.
At Whole Market Finance we have to work a bit harder to earn our income, but we don't mind, we enjoy our jobs.
