Hitty missy!
I went her asking for a tidy up but stressed I didn't want to much cut off. I then had to watch her hacking away at my hair. It's been chopped rather than cut and now looks in bad condition now as the layers are far too short. It wasn't what I asked for and this isn't the first time this has happened here. I will not be visiting again.
