Very poor service
We ordered bedroom chests & a dining room table & chairs on :15.012.2015 it is now 19.03.2016 and we still have not received our order . After dealing wth Chris there sales advisor who was very helpful placing the order & telling us it would take 8 to 10 weeks for delivery we are absolutely disgusted with the the non existent customer service . We have called left answer machine messages , got through to speak to someone always with the assurance of "we will get back to you" not one call was ever returned . Today we have now cancelled the order & had our deposit refunded after requesting it in writing. There was not a word of apology and the attitude was couldn't care less .... after nearly 14 weeks we have no furniture & they could not tell us when the order would be received . Extremely disappointed customer .

Leather Sofa's
Have purchased 2 leather sofa's from Williams & Sons, paid extra to up grade leather and they are beautiful, the style, make and finish is excellant..The service given from entering the store to purchasing is great, Chris was our salesman and he gave all the info we required, even offered drinks, while we sat to make up our minds, the delivery men were very efficient, and only left after we were happy with the goods..We were also allowed to call into store and inspect the sofa's the day before delivery..
