Terrible after care!
Very attentive when we were considering using this business and the fitting was fine. However, the after service care is appalling, we have had a problem with a door bar that was not fitted correctly and is raisin, meaning we can't close the door. Despite numerous telephone calls and visits to the shop and an arrangement to be in for a fitter to come and sort it, no one turned up! I took the day off to wait in for them. They also do not give any paper work for guarantees ect. Stay clear!
