I would definitely recommend to anyone.
I recently had an LG Air source heat pump and full central heating system installed. The surveyor was very polite and explained everything as well as discussing my options. The installation team was even better. They showed lots of care to make sure everything was done, discussed what they was doing in a friendly manner and also worked late to make sure things got done a day earlier than planned. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have recently had my central heating installed, and had a 30 tube solar thermal system and new 300 litre hot water cylinder. The engineers did a good and professional job. I was very pleased. Would recommend Wilson H&V services completely.

Great company
Great company attending to our emergency call out for our heating system on a bank holiday. Best part was that it was not expensive and as the engineer said,"we'd rather have repeat custom than a quick buck." Well said that man, and good to hear.

Happy customer
Got a new boiler from Wilson yesterday, the lads were fantastic, I was left with no hot water or heating from a different Company and they worked right through until 10pm so I had heat that night, the job was very tidy and I really could not be happier.

Good customer services
The lads arrived on time yesterday to replace our old boiler which also involved them moving new boiler to another floor in house. They arrived on time both days and couldn't fault there workmanship and they ensured they left everything as was when they arrived. Their customer service was second to none as well

Highly recommended.
Prompt response to an emergency call out on a Sunday with an appointment the following day, extremely reassuring that the issue was going to be diagnosed. Appointment time met by the engineer, who was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed issue. Part identified, ordered and fitted within 48hrs. I will be having my boiler serviced and any other related work will be with Wilson, highly recommended.

Overall I am really pleased and i am happy to recommend.
Having received several quotes for a new Air Source Heat Pump we decided to use Wilson not because they were the cheapest, but they really seemed to know what they were talking about. I have to say that I’ve been really pleased with the service we've had. From start to finish the engineers have been punctual & friendly, & the quality of workmanship has been exceptional. Overall I am really pleased and i am happy to recommend.

We recently used Wilson to replace our ageing boiler. Although they weren't the cheapest (nor were they the most expensive) we could see that they were very knowledgeable. We liked this company very much
We liked this company very much. Their installers left the old boiler outside for the scarp man along with the cardboard packaging for the new kit which wasn’t impressive. But one call to Jen in the office and 5 hours later it was collected. Nothing was too much trouble.

Good company
My wife has always hated fossil fuels, so the heat pump by Wilson was the follow on from the solar panels we have already in place. We cook on electric, so are now independent of a gas meter. No problems with heat or water demand. And we get money from the Government scheme. Savings we are making nothing back, and I calculate a return on our £13k investment of around 14% per year. And a payback on the kit of under 6 years. It is a no brainer. Good company also.

People.....A government subsidy is available for your heating system. We now have a heat pump for hot water and heating. It works from extracting heat from the outside air. A fridge in reverse? Payments expected to be as much as £900 per year. Much like our solar, this could pay for itself as we no longer have a gas bill. The only additional cost, being we swapped our gas hob for electric and switched off the gas.

We are totally amazed !!
We were totally unaware of the Governments RHI payments. Wilson H&V set the whole lot up (which looks mind boggling as we tried ourselves first) they set up a low cost loan and in went an air source pump. Our heating and hot water cost almost nothing as we already have a large solar Pv system. The excess energy supplies the pump. And we get £930 per year for 7 years. No gas bill (was £1480 per year) we are totally amazed !!

We saw Wilson H&V services adverts on Facebook. 1 week later a new Air source heat pump, installed. On finance and with a 7 year government subsidy attachment. Financially works out relatively cheap. Great bit of kit.

British Gas letting us down day in day out and on the homecover plan we’ve paid for 3 years for a boiler repair. One visit from wilson H&V, new boiler on finance, and the finance isn’t much more than the BG home care agreement. Wish we had thought about this 3 years ago.

Great firm.
You cant go wrong with Wilson H&V. All of our renewables have been installed over the years by their team. They are MCS certified and we have a 10 year insurance backed warranty. You don’t get that with other companies. Great firm.

Love Wilson H&V.
Love Wilson H&V. Always in the know, and with the latest gear. We have been building quality homes for 20 years and have used Wilson’ for almost that period. Once Gas boilers were the order of the day, now solar thermal and heat pumps. They can even arrange solar panels. Nothing has been too much trouble over the years. We’ve never had any problems and always offer our recommendation of their services.

It's a pretty worthwhile investment
Wilson H&V services installed our Valiant boiler 15years ago. No problems, and on our last service we were advised to look at heat pumps. Now we have a new LG heat pump and looking at the current subsidy payments through the Governments scheme, it’s a pretty worthwhile investment.

Wilson H&V services installed a new LG Air source heat pump six months ago. Very happy with it. No problems to date. The RHI pays around £850 per year to us for 7 years. Taking into consideration it was £4500 for a new boiler, the ASHP with the subsidy payments works out no extra!!

So super happy.
We replaced our 13 year old gas boiler with a new high efficiency Atag. Apparently best in class. H&V had a few issues with the boiler exchange as the old one was rusted to the wall. But no extra charges were made. All up and running well, no faults or gripes. We took out finance, as low as the banks so super happy.

Very happy.
Our Gas boiler literally died 4 days before Christmas. With savings spent, we opted for Wilson’s finance. Pretty low rate, and had a new boiler in 72 hrs. Probably not the cheapest but the work and equipment were very high end. Very happy.
