One of the worst Estate agencies I have come across
I rented a property with them 5 months ago for a fixed term of 6 months and asked them if it is long term. They said yes and I decide to rent it for 975. After 5 months they come back to me and say that I have to vacate the property as the owners are going to sell the property. They charged £500 as referencing. Stay away from them as their fees are the most expensive and they will evict you mid term. They have not given me even 2 months notice. I am in the middle of my daughter's school term and a compassionate request to stay for even 1 extra month was refused. I am writing with a lot of stress now. Stay away from them if you want peace of mind.
