What are sash windows?

A sash window or hung sash window is made of one or more movable panels or "sashes" that form a frame to hold panes of glass which are often separated from other panes (or "lights") by narrow muntin bars. Although any window with this style of glazing is technically "a sash", the term is used almost exclusively to refer to windows where the glazed panels are opened by sliding vertically, or horizontally in a style known as a Yorkshire or sliding sash.
The PVC-U window frames are designed to provide optimum strength, superior thermal properties and excellent weathering performance, and will retain their pristine appearance year after year, with minimum maintenance.

PVC External Doors

Our collection of PVC doors has a design and style to fit every and any home. All doors we stock come in 10 shades of white, Mahogany, Sherwood Oak and Rosewood (call us for a full brochure). PVC doors are the perfect accompaniment to making your home beautiful and safe and with our wide range available chances are, we have a door to match your current double glazing.

The doors are available as either your choice of White both sides (inside facing and outside facing), or white inside and your choice of colour on the outside, or your choice of colour to both sides. This would give the attractiveness of a wooden door outside and be far more durable.

As standard, all our PVC external doors come with reinforced panels, toughened glass and a multi point locking system, giving security and piece of mind for you and your family
