A job well done
We have recently had problems with our upvc door locks playing up and a couple of double glazed units misting and the company we had them from no longer exists, suprise suprise ! We visited b&q and wickes etc but very limited stock to repair our problems and nobody seemed to know what we were on about so ideally we needed a company who did know what both they and we were on about !!! In conversation a friend of ours recommended Window WIzard and gave us one of their leaflets. The only day we were free without commitments was sunday morning and decided to call them, after all it did say open 7 days, and to our delight they answered. I briefly described the problems with the door and glass, arranged an appointment for the same day and waited. Bang on the dot, as promised, they arrived. They swiftly diagnosed the problems with the doors, one needed to be reset because it had dropped and the other required a new locking mechanism. The glass needed to be replaced because of heavy water staining but despite this we were given a price 'there & then' and a very good price it was too. In my opinion if you want a job doing properly, ring the professionals. These guys at Window Wizard know there stuff, no complaints, only compliments. Excellent.
