Absolutely abysmal!
Don't touch with someone else's barge pole! Came, talked for an hour about his ailments, went away saying he would look for parts, but did not get back to us. When we rang him he told us he was still looking for parts, but we had found them quite easily online. This happened four times, over as many days. In the end we had to look for someone else, becaue but never even bothered getting back to us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
