Welcome to Wirral Turf, we having being growing quality turf and laying lawns for 38 years. Our experience, knowledge and quality of service are unrivalled. Wirral Turf is a family business run by Steve Coathup and his sons, we farm more than 100 acres of land, growing turf for domestic and commercial markets using the highest quality dwarf seed cultivators.
About Us
We deliver our quality turf and topsoil to Chester, Cheshire, Liverpool, Merseyside, Wirral, Wrexham, Queensferry and all surrounding areas. Several grades of turf are available, from a high quality family lawn to tennis courts, golf courses, sports fields and bowling greens. We can supply turf only or supply and lay your turf, which is a service that is carried out by our highly skilled laying team.

Superior Lawn Treatment
After having my lawn laid by Wirral Turf in the Summer of 2014 , I decided to give their Lawn Treatment Service a try. Having always been a little sceptical about this kind of thing , I can now only say that I would highly recommend their year round treatment programme. I have even persuaded my neighbours to change from a well known Lawn Treatment provider to Wirral Turf. We now share the same opinion that the person who actually grows the turf is surely the best person to look after it - it makes perfect sense!!
