Abusive, poor MOT and over-inflated prices

At a recent MOT, WTC failed my car on emissions (though they actually did not test the emissions), bulbs and a damaged wheel stud. The suggestion was a service, new bulbs and, as they were unable to replace just the stud a new hub was required at a cost of £326, therefore a total cost of more than £540. I was concerned about the cost so arranged another garage for the repairs. They advised that the emissions were fine, no service was needed, the bulbs did not need to be changed and the stud could be replaced at a mere £4 instead of £326. I returned to WTC to advise that I would be highlighting this to VOSA, but wanted to give them the opportunity to comment. I was greeted with rude and abusive staff who refused to listen to my complaint, threatened to call the police because I was not happy with the level of service and the manager Rob told me to F*@k off. All in all they were not at all concerned that they had falsely completed an MOT or missed a dangerous fault.
