Shocking customer service
I booked some sessions for the collagen bed. However the manager kept harassing me to buy a particular product which she said was necessary or the treatment would not work, even knocking on the door of the room to tell me to buy it. She even asked to look into my bag to check I had it. I researched the product and found that although it helps it was not necessary. A friend of mine also used the bed and the manager told her about a lady (me) that I would not buy the product so will not be allowed to use the bed. Hence I did not return so forfeited the rest of my sessions. The staff, specifically the manager, were rude, arrogant and most unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon.

You have gotta be kidding. The place is mis managed with no direction. Had to wait for ages to get a sunbed, which was filthy and not working properly. The place is poorly maintained and poorly run. their prices are very steep also. Not to be recommended - go somewhere decent.

very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. will still use as they are the closest sunbeds to me. but forget a simple genuine hello or goodbye in there and being told the ropes on their facilities.. they just leave you to it! very bad service. They need to lighten up and be more helpful if they want to keep customers.

amazing service
Well i went to this salon my hair was bad pink loads of red so got it stripped a full head of colour then some red fashion colour pulled through,i was amazed by the results and the staff made you feel so relaxed its like 1 big family and the price was amazing.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HAIRDRESSERS!!
I booked in fto this salon as they bill themsaleves as 'top quality yet affordable'. I normally pay about £90 for highlights, but I needed to save money and their price is £50. I booked for a full head of woven highlights. 'No problem' I was told. The stylist spoke like she knew what she was doing. She decided that as there were so many colours in my hair she would give it an all over colour then highlight it from scratch. Instead of foils, I got two polythene bags over my head and my hair pulled through with a crochet hook. Apparently a "unique" technique. No, basically a cap technque I haven't seen since the 80s. I got one blond instead of the caramels and blonds she said she was doing. Then a toner, again a throwback to 80s. All the time the stylist was saying, it's a beautiful colour. I only saw just what she had done when I got into the car asa the salon was too dark. My hair is basically grey. Not a full head, it's looks like a seagull has crapped on my head and it has run down, all topped off with a nice orangey yellow streak down the front where the colour hasn't taken. Needless to say I am now having to go to a city centre salon and pay £90 to get it sorted out. I will be calling to get my money back, but they are so disillusioned about their skill level , billing themselves as 'award winning', not sure if I will get it. Horrendous. The most horrendous highlights I have ever seen. One star is too much!
