We're taking FLABeLOS to the next level! wobbleyou is excited to introduce our new group fitness classes, aptly named 'wobblework'.

Are you looking for a fun and unique way to keep fit? Wanting to fast track fat-burning and toning results? Or just fancy shaking up your fitness regime?

With a unique twist on regular 'keep fit' classes, wobblework features both the FLABéLOS machine and aerobic exercise to music to improve your physical fitness, as well as helping to target those problem areas of the body.

Come ready for an energetic but fun-filled FLABéLOS workout at wobblework - Indoor trainers and workout gear/loose clothing will be essential.

Spacious/unique Studio space for hire

Located on 47 Dale Street, this unique and spacious studio offers a location to hire for a variety of events and functions.

Are you looking for a location for a class, social gathering, training event, hen-do, stag-do, team-building day, birthday, anniversary or other event? If so, why not consider us! We are a tried and tested venue and can accommodate all types of events for all types of budget.

From a small evening gathering to an afternoon team meeting, or a girly weekend to a corporate launch; wobbleyou can work for you. Whether you want to use our studio in its purest form as a large conference room, or have a full-blown do experiencing the entertaining and fun side of FLABéLOS, we can organise it. The flexible and classy nature of our studio means we can do more or less anything... try us!

We currently host a home to 10 'FLABeLOS' machines (whole body vibration machines). All machines are easily manoeuvrable so can be removed to enable more space.

We are currently offering hire of the studio for just £20 an hour - However this price is negotiable depending on duration/space required. Studio hire can includes tea & coffee making facilities, water dispenser, soft drinks fridge (at additional cost) & toilets.
