Kennels are not the highest standard I have seen but do the job. The staff seem switched on and know their stuff. Prices are a little high I think. The good bit is the way they exercise the dogs in large grass runs.

Well I finally got back from holiday after the volcano fiasco. I had to ring from abroad to say I could not collect the dogs, staff were very accommodating. I was worried sick, they didn't seem to mind me ringing every day to check up on the dogs and even gave me a discount on the extra nights. Bit of poo in the car park when I arrived which I thought was unprofessional but maybe I am being harsh. The grooming parlour girl wasn't working so I couldn't get them done before I collected them. They had no problems letting me go in to collect the dogs and see where they play. Bless I thought the girl was going to cry when they left. Would recommend.

Put my dogs (great dane & gsd) in for two weeks. Had them groomed at the end of their stay. Very pleased with the dogs when i picked them up. Will be using them again.

I started using the keenels two years ago. The owners are nice and the daughter Claire is very accomidating with the complicated meds my lab is on. I have had in the past very poor experinces with kennels ie dogs very underweight or soiled on collection. Not here!!! My ill lab is well cared for and my collie is always keeps her wieght, i think due to the expensive feed they give and the stimulation. Kennels arnt as visually attractive as some keenls but small point. Highly recomended
