Very surprised at the comment by Diane O. Woods did a beautiful bouquet for me last week at very short notice for my Mother's 50th birthday. It was full of colour and flowers and still looks fresh over a week later. All my flowers from Woods are fresh and the staff so helpful. Perhaps Diane O is not used to nice flowers!

Wedding Flowers
Woods recently did my wedding flowers and everything about it far exceeded my expectations! I'd never arranged anything like this and wasn't sure what to expect but they spent loads of time with me to come up with something unique for my day, I don't think I was the easiest of brides! lol but they were so helpful and on the day the flowers and arrangements were amazing! Everyone complemented me on them, simply they were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again and definately recommended!

Never again!
Terrible! He said if we needed extra buttonholes (a single Iris head) it would be no problem but as soon as he had our money his attitude changed. I called to ask for 2 extra and he said snidely 'you'd better pay upfront or no deal'. We spent hundreds with him but he couldn't trust us with £9? He ruined our day. I tried to explain that I was sat having my makeup and hair done so couldn't get to a cashpoint right now, and he said sarcastically 'yeah, I'm busy too - doing your FLOWERS!' A wedding guest heard me sobbing (my makeup had to be redone and it made us late), and gave £10 from his own pocket to get the 2 extra buttonholes. I was so ashamed. the flowers kept falling out of the bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets were lovely but the bridal bouquet looked like it had been run over by a truck and the rises were brown and crispy at the edges and kept falling out. He nearly ruined our whole day. Never again. :(

Great Service, Great Flowers
I ordered flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered Xmas Eve and before 10.30AM earlier in the same week. The guy I spoke to on the phone was really friendly and accomodating and said they'd do their best but if not I'd get a call to collect them if they didn't manage it. He also helped sort what kind of flowers I wanted and took my message for the card as well. The flowers arrived this morning before 9am, they looked great and the girlfriend is very pleased. She even thought I'd hand written the card for a minute! I can't fault Woods service in any way, and I'll definately be using and recommending them again.

Beautiful flowers
I had a bouquet delivered from Woods. A beautiful display that lasted nearly two weeks, wonderfully wrapped and delivery with a smile. I have also used Woods to make a delivery, and the feedback from the person who received the flowers was just as good. Now in my address book for all my floral needs.

Wonderful Service
I had a beautiful bouquet delivered from Woods of Arnold as a thank you gift. This was wrapped in tissue paper and full of fresh flowers that have lasted fro a long time. The delivery driver was friendly too! Highly recommended
