Woods Properties provide a valuable service in taking the hassle out of property management. As property owners themselves they know what Landlords want - cashflow with the minimum of hassle. If there are problems then as a Landlord you need those fixed quickly, at least cost and with the tenant in place and happy. This is what Woods Properties do. I guess the difference I experience is they treat the properties as if they were their own. They expect you to be a caring and responsible Landlord and help you do that. With prompt service and good support eg: Tax return data they can do what it would be a challenge for me to do myself. I guess the test is would I put more properties with Woods? Wel it is a simple based on what they have done so far yes - absolutely!
