Horrible man
I have also had a bad experience. Mr Woolfe has no concept of customer service. I will never step foot in his shop again!

Horrid!
Went there to get a ring measured and for my partner's finger measures also, and to look for a ring for myself. John Woolfe himself served us and he was disgusting. Refused to measure finger because he thought we weren't customers and was simply rude! Would rather spend my money elsewhere!
