Excellent Service

Having decided it was time for a new kitchen to our house, which we had always intented to get a new one when we moved in but just didn,t get around to it as I wanted it a bit different, if that makes sense. Well me and my husband John agreed now was the time and we startted looking around different places at colours of kitchens and worktops, which we found endless. What we did find is that some companies are less helpful that others, we tried the local superstores and warehouses but found them a bit of a minefield with differrent people who where telling us differrent things when we went in. This put me right off , so we then went to a couple of independant Kitchen Companies who where deffinately better and spent more time with us, with the exception of 1 company who wanted us to do a deal that day for something I didn't even like, anyway we didnt go with them. After trying a couple of local Firms we where having a night out with some friends and got talking to a couple who recommended Woolton Glass as they had done work for them and their friends and they couldnt praise them enough, they where very happy with there Kitchen nd that seemed a good thing to us. So we rang them and made an appointment for them to come and see us having explained that we where in the market for a kitchen. All I can say is i'm glad I did as the Service was excellent, the designer came out and in a short time found out what i wanted from my New Kitchen, went away and came back with a couple of designs for me to look at. Within a couple of days and with brians help we then agreed our design, doors and handles. I felt great at last I was closer to getting my New Kitchen, so went up to see them at the Showroom and picked our oven and fidge. Anyway the designer Brian went through everything that i wanted and nothing was too much trouble, even when i wanted to chang my mind on one of my cupboard it was no problem, they changed it for us no problem. They took care of all the details and just told me when the various men where coming, who where all good lads and hard working so i just left them the kettle and some milk and left them to it. They came out and moved my back door, they moved wires, fitted pipes, plastered my walls and ceiling and fitted new lights and even then still had time to tell my husband what they were doing as he's like that. So now im sitting in my newly finished Kitchen and enjoying a meal with the family im really delighted with the results. We are so happy that we are now having a Conservatory done by them and we cant wait for it to be done.
