Avoid like the plague!
I used wow solutions to build a social networking website. They never completed the work, cobbling together a few different software components that never worked and in the end owed me £1400 +vat for work they failed to carry out but were quick enough to bill me for. They kept promising that they would pay the money, they just needed time, then failed to tell me that they went insolvent in June '11 and that I won't be getting my money back. Altogether, a thoroughly unpleasant experience. DO NOT use this firm for your work!!
