Dreadful
despite the very nice salesman - the measurements and hence the design of my kitchen was wrong they put the boiler on the wrong wall. According to their head office this is my fault for not checking... need new units to finish they expect me to pay for them. Many items up to 3 weeks late and one component faulty.. They do not hold stock after the sales you are dealing with nameless people in customer service who never answer the phone and email is the only contact and you have to wait for them to respond at least a day.
