Avoid

I used Wright Price Home Improvements to lay a patio at the rear of my house and a drive at the front. Within four weeks of the drive being finished there were weeds coming up through the stones. I contacted them and was told to “try weed killer on it”. When I didn’t accept that as a suitable resolution, they initially ignored me but then offered to come around and treat it. However, didn’t turn up and has since ignored my messages. Within a week of the patio at the rear being laid, half a dozen slabs had come loose. They fixed them but in doing so stained the surrounding slabs with cement. When I raised this but was told to “try a wire brush on them”. The finish of the patio is awful and looks like it’s been down for years. I've had a second opinion on both jobs and apparently they applied sealer too early on the patio and failed to seal the drive properly. I have now been forced down the legal route to fund the corrective work.
