No customer service - wouldn't recommend
I have had a bad experience with this company. I needed a double divan base to go with my mattress. I placed my order over the phone and hoped for the best. The first base came out about 7 weeks after it was ordered, it arrived broken! I had to take photographs and email them to get the company to resolve the matter. I had paid over £300 for this double divan. The 2nd base arrived, it looked bigger than my mattress but I must admit I just presumed this is how it was meant to look. Its now 11mths on and I'm having problems with my mattress and it has been pointed out to me that this company have in fact supplied me (and probably charged me for) a kingside base which is not supporting my mattress. So I ring up Allen & apple yard to speak to Michael (the original gentleman who took my order) however as he was not available I had to speak to another of the directors. After a follow up email I was told they couldn't help, they had supplied the correct product. I forwarded on other correspondence, and then followed it up with a phone call. However again after speaking to the director I was told it was my mistake, i should have known the dimensions & they weren't able to help and I had the phone put down on me. I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service and that they would not help in any way at all.

Millbrook Picasso kingsize bed
Ordered my bed, very efficent & polite. Would like to thank Anne (salesperson) for going through the specifications in great detail. Delivery lads were great and took the bed in to the room.
