Top folk - our website has been hosted by Wyenet for a number of years, and they have consistently been helpful and proactive. Good to deal with a relatively small company who answer the phone and you can speak to a human. Highly recommended!

I want to tell the world about Wyenet!
I have used Wyenet for many years, originally within companies where I worked (I ALWAYS recommended Wyenet) and for the last 9 years for my own business and personal use. I cannot fault them! They are always professional, they answer the phone (none of this press 1 for A, 2 for B nonsense!) they are patient (and they need to be with me!) and in all honesty nothing is too much trouble for them! I recommend them to others at any opportunity - and this opportunity just came to my attention... hence this review!

Wyenet Internet
We have used Wyenet for several years for internet provision and have no complaints with the level of service and support received from them. Nice to work with a local company where the answer is at the end of the phone in the UK and you can speak direct to the person you need and get an answer immediately.

Outstanding service
I turned to Wyenet when I was badly let down by another webhosting provider. Graham at Wyenet could not have been more helpful ensuring my business website was quickly back online with problematic issues quickly and very efficiently resolved. It is such a relief to be able to pick up the phone and have an experienced, knowledgable, local person on the other end of the telephone immediately. Emails are also answered very quickly and efficiently. I recommend Wyenet whole-heartedly and thank them for an outstanding service and look forward to continuing working with them in the future.

As a local retail business we have been using Wyenet for many years to host both our email and internet site. In that period we have received nothing but excellent service and a first class product. There is always a friendly, helpful and human voice at the end of the phone to sort out any glitches or problems. It is also so rewarding to know that such a quality business is local and that we are not funding some faceless corporation. I have been using Wyenet for many years as a private individual which is slightly unusual as the company is more geared up to provide a service for businesses. In all the time that I used Wyenet as my ISP I received nothing less than a 100% service at all times.They ticked all the boxes as far as I was concerned and I wish them every success for the future. Real Service
I run a web site for a Club and Wyenet have provided us with an excellent service over the years. Not being any sort of expert, I know I can rely on Wyenet to always provide prompt easily understandable help even though the problem may not be directly connected with what they provide. I do always recommend anybody to use Wyenet.

Service Delivery
I am a long standing client of Wyenet. They make me feel valued and appreciated as a customer despite being on the receiving end of what to them must sound like stupid or at least pretty basic questions. I have been a client of Wyenet Internet Services for well over 15 years; in all that time, I have never once had reason to complain. The service has been excellent, any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently and the team have never made me feel anything less than a valued client - even when a problem was entirely due to my lack of techno-understanding! I have used Wyenet as my ISP for many years. There service is second to none. If you are unsure of anything to do with the internet or email there is usually someone on the help line to assist. Everyone said I couldnʼt get broadband in the area I live but a call to Nick and it was up and running within 2 weeks.
