Left feeling upset and offended

I visited wyevale in Cardiff and eould like to warn people not to go.I was completely judged as soon as I walked through the door with my toddler son.The lady who was some sort of manager or supervisor kept coming to check my son had a wristband for the play area and completely turned her nose at us because we weren't grey haired, rich and pretentious. I couldn't afford any of the food, So ended up buying chips which made me look even more common to her. It looks like a lovely place, but you'll find that once you scratch the surface, you get bad and slow service, you're judged, they are strict with the hour and a half soft play limit, everything is extremely overpriced an if you're anything but rich, you'll feel degraded, which I did! I would never visit again, it's really sad that the old humble blooms I grew up with is no longer there, not even the welcome spirit. I don't think I've ever written a review before, but felt this was an exception and I literally cried when I got home.
