Great Family run Hotel
I have visited this guest house several times and each time have received 5* treatment. The rooms were immaculate, breakfast was great. I highly recommend Wynnstay Hotel and will certainly be visiting again.

ACCOMMODATION NOT AS REQUESTED
We requested two double rooms when we arrived accommodation was a three-bedded room and 1 single although we had our confirmation emails and had received several phone calls from the proprietor they did not think to mention they did not have the 'double' rooms available. The proprietor did not seem to think she was not meeting our requirements. We did not stay at this guest house and did not receive our deposits back. Can anyone tell me if we are entitled to money back? Thank you
