Rip off! Failed to tell me that the part they'd ordered couldn't be returned if it didn't fix the problem with my vehicle. I inadvertently paid the bill to then realise they hadn't even fitted the new part and told me it didn't work. Charged me for the labour, the part PLUS VAT for it all for absolutely nothing! Refused to give refund or any remorse for their failure to tell me that the part couldn't be returned.
