Absolutely shocking customer service! Absolutely disgusted! Message the company multiple times over a course of 6 weeks wanting an appointment to just get a computerised reply which stated i would get a reply shortly and never did! Rang to make an appointment and was given a date and time and they took my name and contact number. Travelled to my appointment 35 minutes away for the shop to be closed, rang all contact numbers for the shop and none answered! Definately will not give this hair company my time of day! disgusting!
