Poor Service
I was looking to rent a property in the area, enquired within however received very bad service. The young lady didn't know any information about the properties available or anything about the local area. In the end she told me to come back "when the boss is in". She could't be bothered to help she was more interested in her mobile , as she was texting all throughout on her mobile, didn't even bother to look up ! Never received such poor service. Instead I went to Martin and Co down the road where they were more than happy to help. The difference between the two estate agents is clear.

Poor Customer Service
Extremely poor customer service from the moment I entered the Estate Agent . I immediately got the impression that the member of staff was lacking not only in knowledge of the area but the Rentals that they had . The staff member said " come in Monday when the boss is in , as he might no more". In the end I went to Martin & Co who were very friendly and knew a lot about the area . The difference between the two estate agents is clear .
