WARRANTY SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER

I bought a vehicle from this dealer with 2 years extended warranty for which I paid in addition to the purchase price. Recently when I had tried to utilise the warranty, I was informed it was cancelled due to a non-payment from this car dealer. I contacted the car dealer and without fail he gave excuses and began to ignore my calls. I am now in process of taking legal action. PLEASE BE AWARE. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Never ever use this dealer. I brought a Nissan qashqai on the 25/01/18 on the 29/01/18 I rang xpo motors to tell him that the car was smoking really bad and that it had used all the water up in the radiator, I even sent him a video of how bad it was and he then said do not drive it. On 6th February I received a email and letter from his legal team saying that it was up to me to provide evidence that the vehicle was broken and that It was faulty at the time when I brought it . After weeks of disagreeing with this I eventually had a diagnostics report done which said that coolant was getting into the engine. So I sent the report off to them, I then received a email saying that this was not good enough evidence and that I must prove that the vehicle was faulty when I brought it . After continuously saying that this is not what the 2015 consumer rights act says and arguing with his legal team he then decided to collect the faulty vehicle on the 24th April and that he would assess the vehicle and let me know what was wrong with it . On the 4th may I had a email stating that the vehicle had a engine fault and that he would only refund me my money if I signed a agreement where I can not go on social media or any 3rd party sites to leave negative feedback . I refused to accept this offer as I wanted people to know about the awful garage and didn't want anyone else to go through this . In the meantime I had contacted section 75 of the credit card company on who today 8th June agreed to reimburse me my money . So after 5 months I finally got my money back.
