Not Recommended!
I would not recommend this company at all! Every time I call for a taxi they tell me 5/10 minutes, I ring up 20 minutes later and am met with "I'll send it up for you now love". This is unacceptable and just downright bad customer service and I end up late to wherever I'm going. And the worst bit is the drivers NEVER apologise. Some have even attempted to charge me more even though I'm a regular customer.

Not Recommended
I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. We just used them to get from Xscape to Allerton Bywater. I was quite happy with the price £6.50 however the driver clearly noticing my partner had had a couple of drinks, short changed us by £10. We told him to round it to £7 and he only gave us £3 change from a £20 note. When we asked about this he and the taxi company that we phoned a few times were rude and insisted that the change was right. we were polite however they were not and hung up on us twice. We have used them a couple of times and while this hasnt happened before there have been a few times when we have had to ask for more change or stay sitting in the car while they pause to see if you notice the short change.
