The worse coach company I have ever ever encountered. Coach driver came to pick us up from Heathrow Airport, he was on time but I did not see him help anyone with loading the bags in the coach. It took a young man in our 38 person group to get into the 'boot'/luggage storage and pile them in properly. We had our journey at 12.30am on Monday 16th April and it was very cold. About 4 degrees and it was dark. The coach driver would not dim the lights, he said he didn't know how to! Also, the heating was not working, and he was not helpful in looking to see if there was anything he had missed (for example it transpired that he had not even put the heating on full and that only the front half of the coach was getting the heat). It took a few passengers to get involved and figure the controls!! For those who would be going to work in a few hours, sleep was crucial, but with the lights on and feeling so so cold, it proved impossible. Eventually after things started to heat up between the coach driver and passengers, miraculously the light switch had been found and dimmed (this was half way into the journey of 4 hours). A few of us had to go into our suitcases to get extra clothes, like shawls to wrap around us. It was truly an abysmal end to the holiday. The coach driver was discourteous, downright rude and extremely unhelpful. Apparently he was from an agency driver who does work for this firm but the driver should be trained and work at a certain calibre, and the coach company, Yardley Travel, should make sure that all their staff are of high calibre. I hear our group holiday organiser went the next day to complain but was met with hostility from the office of Yardley Travel. Don't book with them.

terrible experience. Airport transfer from hell with an ANCIENT vehicle, a RUDE DRIVER, no dimmer lights for a midnight trip of 4 hours and NO HEATING. All passengers were freezing cold. On arrival some passengers were "kicked out" from the coach by the driver who refused to let them wait for their lift despite the freezing cold outside and the presence of very young children
