Afte many broken promises and 14 moths later got the sofas. The guy with pony tail is a complete rogue.

Violent owners - do not use
We ordered a sofa from this company and had nothing but problems, when we went into the store to try and resolve them one of the owners threatened my partner with a baseball bat - just advoid them at all costs they are thugs.

A TOTAL BUNCH OF COWBOYS
What ever you do, do not waste your money with these fly by night cowboys as they will not delivery and if they do the quality will be extremely poor. We had our sofa delivered over 3 months ago and we are still waiting for our foot stool which I am not holding out for now. By the sounds of it we were lucky to even receive the sofa. We are constantly fobed off by the staff at both the Birmingham and Bromsgrove site. They are only interested in taking your money but have no intention to supply or deliver. Stay well away from these bully like people as they will steal your money.
