He kept me up to date with progress and most importantly was always available if needed; he would always return calls immediately and I felt he took any queries and concerns I had seriously and dealt with them promptly. Really impressed with the dedication shown by Andrew & Y Homes with our recent sale. This is a competitively priced Estate Agency but without any detriment upon the service you will receive. Indeed quite the contrary. We required, from an Estate Agent, someone who took a personal interest who had long office hours and who would offer a reliability and professionalism. Y homes delivered on all of these points. We were fortunate and had a quick sale but would like to make special mention of Andrew's post sale diligence which made the period from offer to contract as stress free as possible.
