unreliable - dishonest
Claimed on tracking web site I was out and they had left a card -truth was I was in and nobody left anything. Seemingly if you don't live precisely at the sat nav destination they lack any desire to search further - then put false info on their tracking web page claiming they had called.

Poor
I'm rating this less then one star due to the drivers they was supposed to deliver to my house but because iv changed address they said they couldn't be arsed to come and extra 4 miles to bring my parcel they are waste of space!!!

Seriously poor
Driver supposedly left my item behind my garden wall - 1 foot away away from the pavement on a busy road. Needless to say it wasn't there when I returned from work. No one answers the phone, webchat was responsive but unhelpful, still without my order - absolute joke

as shite as yodel only can be...
Courier left card in door first time, rescheduled for next day and that was it... after four days made myself to go to depot, surprise: parcel's not there! still with courier out for deliver. And nobody to pick the phone up...

delivery
dreadful service. the depot is 7.2 miles from my house and yet four days later and they still haven't delivered it. Could walk there to pick it up but why should I when I have paid £8 to have it delivered. No one to answer the phone either
