Doorbell rang, no one there, white van driving off, parcel left on door step for my next door neighbour who has a porch with a note on it saying to leave any deliveries in the porch. Obviously no attempt made to deliver to the correct address. Disgraceful.

Still waiting for a parcel which has been showing as 1 delivery away, for the last 2 hours. Waited in all day. Don't use Yodel. Only machines when you ring and they cut you off with no option to talk to a human.

UNBELIEVABLE ............no attempt whatsoever was made to deliver my next day delivery of a car battery from eBay (perhaps it was too heavy for them to lift)!. After a week told eBay to take it back and got a refund. Usual lies from Yokel but no calling card. Depot manager is obviously incompetent as this is not a delivery service. Quite a bizarre experience and waste of my time. Was also concerned that might be involved in some driver scam and end up paying for goods without receiving any. GIVE UP ON GETTING YOUR PARCEL

Your driver has had my package on board for 4 consecutive days. He's failed to deliver. WHY? There is nothing wrong with the address - I've checked with Sender. Last month my parcel was dropped on the garden: it was there for several days because we were away. The contents are TO BE SIGNED FOR. I've just reported the dreadful service to the Sender with recommendation that they use a more reliable Carrier! It's impossible, it seems, to call anyone, to sort it out. I need the contents of that package! So what happens now! Is this going to happen every month?

Yodel are the worst delivery company ever. I've choosed to have my parcels delivered at my work where 24/7 answer somebody at the door. Yesterday I''ve been waiting my parcels to come but no sign of them. At 20.00 I've tracked them online and it was said that there was an aptempt to deliver but nobody answered and they left a calling card. Lies. I've contact them via webchat and they said that the driver couldn't find the adress,even if the adress is on the main road with a huge banner on the fence. Today they "missed" me again because they couldn't find the adress. So now I have to go to Bristol to pick up my parcels by myself. I wished I could give 0 stars.

I ordered from Exante and next day delivery was promised. Yodel put my package on the wrong van so I waited in all day but no package and no-one bothered to ring me. Today the tracking STILL says short delay! Spoke to a driver who said I needed to speak to a different driver. Second driver said not him either and gave me office number. That number is automated so could get no useful information. Found another number for Yodel in Bristol but when I rang it it says this is an incorrect number! Total farce. Lack of care and lack of communication. Never use Yodel!!!

Drivers lied about making attempts, taken days off of work to ensure i am home to receive my parcel, still nothing, its late for its third attempt, customer service are NO help at all. No calling cards, No numbers to contact. And closest depot is 45 minutes away by car and 6 hours by bus (dont drive). Delivery is supposed to be convenient. They lost my first parcel this year and are obviously not aware of the location of my second either.

Spoke to delivery driver and agreed time/day if delivery only to find that he'd been much earlier and we'd missed the final delivery. No vehicle and not able to collect from depot but no other options given!!!??

Waited in all day after taking day of work, no delivery. Checked on the website and it said they had attempted a delivery and left a card. Nope no card and i was in all day. Phoned them and they said the address was wrong, even though it was correct on the email from where i purchased it. Then the guy on the phone tries to tell me i put it in wrong!. So how come everyone else has it right?. Then get told they will attempt delivery on a sat ,but checking the website says no delivery Saturdays and still has wrong address. Idiotic company!

Got home today to find a package dumped over my fence. It wasn't for me. Card from the incompetent Yodel said it had been left as I was out. Parcel was for person in nearby town. Called Yodel to advise of wrong delivery but was waiting for advisor' for 10 mins. Hung up and delivered package to correct address myself. Recorded message on Yodel said parcel had "been left in outbuilding" I don't think dumped over fence is in a building! Website just takes you round in circles too. What a crap company!

Told them it was not and no cars in the door telling me where it was.then they say it was delivered to my address. Again tell them it was not. Nextthey say itwas signed for? I ask who by and they give my name, very convenient as No one can ever read the scribles on those electronic pads. Have told them this is fraud and I will be contacting the police.YODEL DRIVERS ARE OUT AND OUT LIERS..NO parcel was deliverd or signed for if it was why did they say check with neighbours.
