Claimed to have delivered my parcel through the letter box! Bullshit...I live on a gated community, couriers are recorded, Yodel not seen on the day in question. Item too big to go through letterbox anyway! Ringing them is hopeless, live chat is useless and a waste of time. Yodel you are CRAP!

Receive a message from Yodel saying my parcel has been delivered and left at my front porch. I have been home all day - no delivery made and no Yodel van has been on our cul de sac. Tried ringing contact number - automated response and unable to speak to anyone. Used web chat facility - no help/advice offered other than to raise an investigation. I've paid for goods that have not been delivered and the customer care service was appalling. Not the first time I've had issues with Yodwl

Woodlands Country Park pr3 6bd,yet again my parcel sat at Preston depot for 3 days before been dumped with 2 others on the floor in the rain because he/she couldn't be bothered to deliver to addresses, this happens all the only from Yodal. you dont deserve to be in business.

My order arrived at local depot at 04:44 on Thurs 19th. It's still not out for delivery on Sat 21st. Probably won't arrive till Mon 23rd at the earliest. (or maybe not) Web chat is useless, offer apologies but no action. No phone number to contact depot. Number on website is not in use ! Very poor service and appalling customer service. Do not use this company. I have advised the company that I ordered from that unless they switch delivery companied I will not repeat order from them again. Yodel get your act together. You are supposed to be a goods DELIVERY service. Start acting like it.

Goods paid for but parcel not arrived. I've been told "premises closed" "parcel refused" to be re delivered on Saturday. I stayed in all day - no parcel. Tried to re-direct to local Spar. Cleared it with Spar manager YES OK. Yodel say PARCEL REFUSED. Yodel do not deserve to be in business and their service is shameful.

running a small business which rely on online ordering is totally impossible when yodel are involved ,in a 12 month time scale on average only 1 out of 4 parcels actually make it to our door . The so called web chat service is a waste of time trying to ring them and speak to a human impossible and awaiting return emails is exactly that WAITING they have never returned a email excuses are unbelievable " the door was locked" three drive in roller shutter doors on my building open from 8 till 8 I have no idea how this company actually survives TOTAL WAST OF MONEY TIME AND EFFORT

Missing parcel

My parcel was delivered to two addresses neither of which are mine? I contacted yodel via live chat on three occasions, one of which lasted 90mins ( I'll never get that back)! I was promised a return e Mail with an outcome never received. Hence, another live chat. I decided to ring and spoke to a chap called Barend, doesn't bode well for a fruitful conversation. He told me that it had been redelivered to ********* street and left outside a black back door. Mines Blue and besides which I don't live at ******** street. Still waiting to see if I'll ever receive this allusive parcel, I'm not holding my breath. I have never come across such a disorganised totally incompetent company in my entire life. How simple can it be. An address. Deliver it there. Not in. Leave a card as to where it is or organise redelivery. Don't tell mistruths. Be professional. Follow up your mistakes. Rectify them. Apologies. Resolve. All good working practice. None of which Yodel know nothing about.

THEY USE CHEAP LABOUR AND LOCAL THUGS OFF STREET TO COVER THEIR DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS. EVERY YODEL PARCEL I'M EXPECTING TO BE DELIVERED TO ME OVER THE PAST 6 MONTHS END UP SOMEWHERE ELSE AND NO COMPENSATION IS EVER MADE. RECENTLY BOOKED A PARCEL VIA PARCEL 2 GO SITE FOR COLLECTION. NO COLLECTION TO DATE. AFTER TWO DAYS OF WAIT, I TRIED RE-BOOKING WWHICH DIDN'T WORK. WHY, BECAUSE THE LOCAL THUG WHO WORKS FOR 'YODEL' MARKED THE PARCEL AS COLLECTED AT 18:49 IN THE EVENING. NOW THE TRACKING SHOWS AS PARCEL BEINNG COLLECTED SINCE MONDAY. THEY DON'T ADVERTISE A CONTACT NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE BUT I MANAGED TO LLOCATE ONE ON GOOGLE. I RING THEIR AUTOMATED LINE AND CONFIRM THE TRACKING YET THEY CAN'T HELP ME FURTHER AND I SHOULD CHECK THE ONLINE TRACKING, THE PHONE IS THEN DISCONNECTED. WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE. BY THE WAY I REFER TO THEIR LOCAL DRIVER AS A THUG AS I KNOW WHO HE IS. IVE REPORTED HIM TO THE POLICE ON A FEW OCCASIONS HENCE WE ARE NOT AT GOOD TERMS. THAT IS ONE REASON I LEARNT WHY MY PARCELS FROM YODEL HADN'T BEEN DELIVERED IN THE PAST. THEY ARE MARKED AS DELIVERED AND I HEAR NOTHING BACK FROM THE COURIERS AFTER COMPLAINING AS THEIR 'REPUTABLE' THIEF DRIVERS MARK THE PARCELS AS DELIVERED. STAY WELL AWAY AND USE OTHER REPUTABLE AND RELIABLE COMPANIES THAT WILL NOT STEAL YOUR GOODS. WOULD HAVE RATED 0 STARS BUT FUNNY ENOUGH IT'S NOT AVAILABLE.

I ordered from amazon, couriers (Yodel) I was out and driver left a card I rang back to ask for re delivery Thursday 14/5/2015, which they agreed sat in all day no parcel came, the item was urgently needed for my holiday following day, looked up yodel phone number given was obsolete rang 118 and was told its ex directory, they have no contact email address, what kind of set up are they running for goodness sake, never again will I order anything that will be delivered by Yodel what a rubbish firm even the review button doesn't work

Picture the scene, after waking up early Saturday morning and going to use the lavatory. Whilst in mid flow a evacuation process seemed to be apon us. A continual pounding on the front door bellowed through the house, after a two secound pause it began again but this was a wrasping knuckles on the window pain. Leaping down the stairs two treads at a time wondering what the emergency was, the door by now was being pounded apon yet again. Fumberling for my key at a rapid pace of notts, key in, turn and flinging open the door. To my jaw dropping discovery a femail delivery employee from yodel stud wheelding a parcel. I was that taken aback that it wasn't the evacuation, with mixed feelings of relief and astonishment i babbled out "Why don't you knock the house down next time" Which was greeted with "Ive been stood here 5 minutes" followed by a pause then to my complete amazement she said "so this is a refusal then i take it" turned round, got in her van and drove away!!!!! Maybe i forgot to bow or to hale the presence of the almighty stood before me.... A big thumbs up to yodel not! And defo no 10 from Len

Parcel delivered to wrong address, spoke to yodel via chat, and they couldnt give me a name as to had signed for the parcel as the signature can not be read, no name was taken due to system error. All I got was it has been delivered to an address near by??? Involving the police on my side due to pacel probably been stolen Number at Preston not recognised. But I WILL be calling to see them as i will not go away.
