My specialist areas of interest are trauma and dissociation resulting from accidents and abuse. I am trained in the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Intervention, Mindfulness and Brief-Solution Focused Therapy. Generally I apply strategies most suited to both the person and their emotional disturbance.
