Do not order online
I ordered a gift for a friend, no delivery was made to her. After investigations it was clearly shown that the online ordering platform was defective and removed part of the address I entered. When I asked for a refund, I was refused as they claim it was delivered to an address (but not to where I ordered!) The refused to refund my gift when clearly they are at fault. Do not use this service for online orders.
