Quality & Service of Zamzam Hajj & Travels
4 of my family members went to Hajj this year 2014 with ZAMZAM. Food : excellent Hotels: Good both in Makka & Madina Leadership: The head leader was ok but junior leaders were rubbish & non-professional. Guidance & Communication: very poor quality particularly for elderely people with health problems and ladies. Did not look after all people when took them in a group to Jamarah and airports. People got lost on way back to Mina and some people had lots of problems at airport. No help or guidance given at check-in in airports. The leaders should have checked for all Hajjis safety while travelling. The Head leader appointed some young un-professional people who belonged to other Hajj Agencies who did not care for Zamzam clients (one said so..) Otherwise it was a good Hajj Agent.
