Poor Communication and Service
Had numerous issues when using this company primarily they have very poor communication and don't seem to care when you provide feedback about their service. Missed appointments, staff who can't remember conversations because they have "a bad memory" very unhappy with the shockingly poor customer service.

PM garage doors, Wakefield. We used this company to supply and fit an electric garage door. They were very happy to do this but, after instalation and, after several years of use the doors developed a fault. PM garage doors(Wakefield) didn't want to know and came up with excuse after excuse. I eventually went to another company to remedy the problem. Their after sales service is shocking - make your own mind up but.... beware !
