I had my hair and makeup done by the Preston studio, the two idiots doing my hair were wispering "is this right" and obviously didn't have a CLUE on what to do. The makeup was done by someone i didn't even book with and was RUBBISH - zbridal probaly have 1 decent experienced makeup artist but you can't employ a bunch of useless talentless people and put the name zbridal on them and expect them to do a good job. not impressed.
