Terrible
I used this company yesterday to go to the Emirates stadium. I was assured that leaving at 6 for a 7.45 kick off would be plenty of time. I had a very nice driver but my first trip more than 3 miles from my home in 18 months was completely ruined as we arrived 5 minutes after the kick off and by the time I found my seat the first half was half over. Extremely upset and disappointed.
