Fantastic

In March 2015 my wife and I took ownership of a bottle store on the East Rand, Gauteng, South Africa. After 3 months of getting the business, staff, suppliers and the stock levels better organised and consistent we needed to figure out an online presence and marketing strategy for the business moving forward. First we looked at the online free website design options, but on working through them, we found that these were not user friendly and also not very aesthetically appealing. We then looked to friends and family to see who could recommend a one stop shop who wouldn’t break the bank as we had heavily invested in restocking the business resulting in cash flow constraints. Zizzzi Tech was recommended to us as the person behind it was very reliable. We had several short meetings to start with and it soon became clear that we did not have the time to put a detailed plan together of the images and the content needed for a website. Given our time restrictions we agreed on a different approach whereby we highlighted our brand’s colours, the current services we offer and the new services we wanted to offer by the end of the year. Zizzzi Tech then took that high level information and converted it into a design along with images, colours and content. After each page was completed it was submitted to us to ensure the images and content were in fact correct. If there were any changes, we just let them know and they addressed it for us. As the site came closer and closer to completion we asked Zizzzi Tech to create our social media accounts for us and link them to the new website to increase our exposure online. The whole process took about 3 weeks. Our experience with Zizzzi Tech was positive. We opted for a 2-year contract with a monthly subscription to ensure we had access to ongoing support as one of the things we learnt by asking friends about their experiences was that they were often left in the lurch with the web developers once they had gone live I.e. No After Sales service whereas Zizzzi Tech has and is still continuing to provide this. We don’t always have the time to focus on this aspect of the business and it is comforting that Zizzzi Tech is there for us. The contract has been running for 4 months now and we get a fast response to any changes we request. We had a little hiccup to start with accessing their 20 video tutorials. It took 2 days but they resolved it for us and we now use the video tutorials to guide us through the website allowing us to increasingly have the confidence to make our own changes and additions. Zizzzi Tech is both local and international giving them the edge to stay on top of all things new in the world of Web design making it a first world business service. If you are shopping around for a new website for your business, I have no complaints about Zizzzi Tech. Our website is fresh, relevant and always up to date and we love telling our customers and suppliers about our new online home.
