Martial arts for kids
We are a mixed martial art group. If you want to learn confidence, fitness and self defence then we are here. We teach how to kick and punch effectively, take an opponent down to the floor, and then apply arm or wrist locks to immobilise them. We dont work in a macho, or bullying environment. Our Watford classes are currently for children aged 5 and above. The first session is always free so come and have a look, every Wednesday during school term 5 - 7 pm and Saturday at 1100. All our instructors are fully insured, first aid trained, fully qualified and CRB cleared.
