Join this brand new Zumba class and let's burn off the Winter pounds and get lean!

My choreography is modern and up to date so we'll be incorporating Salsa, Reggaeton, Street Dance, Soca, Dancehall and even some of the silly things we do when we're out.

Wear work out stuff, bring lots of water and a towel.

The biggest worry people have about coming to Zumba is that they won't 'get it'... YOU WILL! Not the first time or maybe even the second time but you CAN copy me.

Im there to direct you with my eyes, my voice and my hands so don't worry. After a couple of weeks you'll just instinctively know the routines. Plus when you're messing up... no one is looking at you so don't panic!

We work hard because we want to look good! Prepare to booty shake… it WILL happen!
