Fleet Management Services UK Ltd (FMS) is a family run company dedicated to the needs of the business community, providing the necessary expertise and specialist knowledge of commercial vehicles to ensure business users or individuals obtain the right vehicle for the job.

Established by Allan Howie in April 2000, FMS has over the years maintained a reputation for supplying quality new and used light commercial vehicles with after-care that's second to none

FMS currently displays in excess of 100 vehicles from our depots in Elgin and Edinburgh, with a comprehensive range of small, swb and lwb vans, tippers, minibus, 4×4`s and people carriers. Pre-used stock is mainly ex-fleet vehicles from Councils and Public Utilities, with low miles and full service history.

Very competitive rates of finance can also be arranged, providing our customers with the best package to suit their needs. searchShould the vehicle you require not be on display at any of our depots, we can locate most vehicles from a network of fleets within the UK.

FMS, in partnership with United Rental System, also specialise in competitive rates for both short and long term van and tipper hire where a package of new or second hand vehicles can be tailored to suit your budget.

Hertz Rent A Car has recently been added to the services offered at our Elgin branch providing a full range of hire cars from a Mercedes ML to a Fiat 500. Rent for a day, week or longer, special weekend deals and one way rental also available.

FMS Elgin is moving Spring 2016 to purpose built workshop and offices at Linkwood Road, Elgin. In addition to our vehicle Sales and Hires we will be offering vehicle repair and maintenance, MOT service and a new bodyshop facility providing our customers with a high level of service from a one stop shop approach.
