Mid August I arranged pick up of 6 boxes of my personal belongings to be shipped from my UK home address to my new home in NJ, USA. After 12 weeks of waiting I decided to contact the company. It took 2 weeks of Alex Palacky (an agent I was initially dealing with) to reply my email and in order to get her reply I had to call main switchboard, write to website and send chase up emails. Worth saying that tracking system provided on the website also does not work. Alex could not find my consignment so my husband got in touch with her manager (Fiona Goulder) and just 1 day before Christmas I found out sad truth: My consignment was lost! THEY LOST IT somewhere in UK the same day they picked it up! After another 6 weeks of emotional torture and very poor communication I was offered laughable amount of £40 per box as the compensation. My estimates are 4-5K per box. Amongst my personal belongings I had irreplaceable items such as my childhood family pictures, my personal notes from my doctor, my UA driving license. Total Damage : 20 WEEKS of torturous waiting, £15K worth goods lost (stolen!), ruined Christmas. Compensation: £240
