Don't Waste Your Money
Took a deposit of £3500 to fit a supalite conservatory installation dates but cancelled all apart from the last date November 2021 where they didn’t bother to turn up. Requested deposit back had no more contact from this company. Luckily I paid on credit card so was covered. They then had the audacity to give me a sales call in August 2022 - unbelievable!!!!

Avoid 4 Counties Home Improvements Centre at all costs
⚠️ Warning - do not use this company!! Currently having to pursue a refund of £1000 through the County Court as they failed to provide the service they offered !!!!

Terrible company, really terrible!
This company is without a shadow of a doubt the Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. T We unfortumatly gave them the job and what a mistake, without boring you all to tears the job was done in two days but never quite completed in the middle of the summer. Then we had some rain and joy oh joy it was like a waterfall had been aimed at our house due to the guttering not being ainstalled properly (short lengths, missing end sections and holes) so as you do we called in explained and they said they would send their maintenance team (this also is a joke as it is one man which they do not even have as the job was advertised as part time etc etc) which never arrived. we rang about 10 times were given all the promises but noone ever has taken the time to even call us back apart from their sales team tried to sell us windows. Please do not waste your time, effort or most importantly hard earned cash with this proper cowboy outfit!

Excellent quality and price
The replacement Fascias and Guttering exceeded our exceptions; the fitters were very fast and efficient working really hard in all weather. They arrived on the time specified and the Quote given was the price I paid. The products used were of top quality and the final result looks fantastic. I will and have already recommended to friends and family. Definitely use again. Thank you.

Very Disappointing (I may have had a very lucky escape)
I arranged for a 'Free Survey & No Obligation Quotation' from 4-Counties Home Improvements following a visit to my home from one of their canvassing agents. An appointment was duly made for between 4.30pm & 5 o'clock a few days later. I finished work early and arrived home at 4.15 in plenty of time to meet with their surveyor as arranged. Two hours later the surveyor had still not turned up or even phoned to say he was going to be late. At around 6.30pm I phoned the 4 Counties office to find out what had happened to the surveyor. The manager I spoke to was very sheepish and said "Ah yes..... The surveyor was at your house at 4.30 and I've been trying to contact you as well" when I informed the manager that I had been working in my front garden and in my garage with the door open for the past 2 hours, and that nobody had called at the property in the whole of that time, he just stuttered a little while he had a quick think and then continued to lie through his teeth with even more ludicrous, untrue claims and excuses. If what the manager said was in fact true, then why were there no missed calls registered on either of my phones and why was there no 'Sorry I Missed You' card lying on my front doormat? The answer is very simple, and you don't need to be Sherlock Holmes to solve this mystery. HE WAS NEVER THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE! I was just being fobbed off with very feeble excuses. In my opinion, this is not how a 'supposedly reputable' company should behave, and it could just be the tip of the iceburg, so I think I may have actually had a very lucky escape on this particular occasion.

New fascias, soffits, guttering and dry verge
4 Counties are an excellent professional organisation with a very hardworking friendly team of men. I was never under pressure at any time to sign up but once the booking was made the work was completed in a very short time. The fitters never stopped at all even in the hottest weather and they left everything in a clean and tidy state. The house looks like new again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 4 Counties for their excellent product, service and brilliant team of fitters. Thank you for a job well done.

New guttering etc.
Recently had soffits, facias and guttering replaced. Very impressed with work carried out all mess cleared up and rubbish taken away. Added bonus was that leads around aerial tidied up and now television picture no longer "breaks up"! Would certainly recommend 4-Counties. Mrs Lofts Worksop

House sealed and weather tight!
We recently got our soffits, fascia and guttering replaced by Four Counties. Having spent hours with a other sales people from national companies it was a relief to talk to a salesman who was happy to leave us with a quote. We felt under no duress to sign as you sometimes do. After signing the contract, the work was booked in quickly, completed quickly and the exterior of the house looks exemplary - our 4 year old daughter thinks that no-one will recognise our new house! The fitters even stayed late to replace the porch light which was damaged during the refit. Initially all is well and we are pleased.

Quality Product & Service from a Professional Organisation
We live in a five bedroom detached house and have recently had our soffits, facia and guttering replaced by Four Counties Home Improvements, Harworth Doncaster. Just had soffitts, facias and gutters replaced by 4 Counties. The guys worked exceptionally hard in difficult weather conditions and I am highly pleased with the outcome. Overall this looks like a very professional outcome for a reasonable price.

Facias, Soffits & Interlocking dry verge
Carried out all the work for me last September. I was very impressed with how hard they worked, quality of the product, and the willingness to help - really pleased with what they did. Recently had a very small water stain in badroom ceiling following the torrential rain we've had (April 2012) and they were extremely quick to come out and look at it for me- can't ask for better after sales customer service than that......thanks

Very pleased with a full sofits, eaves, gutters and end caps job in Barnsley.
A wholly positive experience with 4 Counties. They were able to give me a good impression of ability, materials and knowledhge during sales and a keen price. Installation team were first class and worked like Trojans over two days to complete the job. The house now looks great (in rosewood finish). I have had one small callout since tro replace a small piece of eaves cladding that had warped (heat expansion in the sun?) - dealt with very smoothly. I'd recommend 4 Counties to anyone.
