They Don't Even Turn Up!
I had some jobs that needed doing through LHT's handyperson service. AA Molyneux are the contractors they chose - god knows why. They left me sitting in waiting for them for not one, not two, but three occasions!! Not even a phone call to apologise or explain. Okay, so it wasn't a big job, but if they didn't want to take it on they shouldn't waste people's time by chasing after contracts they won't fulfil. Avoid at all costs!!
