I've used the company to repair my old 32 " LCD Toshiba TV. On the website it's said that the problem will be diagnosed first and a customer will be informed about the costs of labour and parts before the repair is undertaken. Not only nobody's informed me about the costs of repair but repair was undertaken without contacting me. I was charged more than what I said I was ready to spent. Once TV was repaired I was told to pay 40% more than my max budget was, than they've lowered the price, but I still paid 20% more than I said in a first place I was willing to pay as I didn't belived the TV was worth that money. Also when I was asking about the price of the part replaced each time I was given different answer, first they said they spent 130 GBP for the part, then I was told the total cost will be 120 GBP for part and labour and when TV was brought to my place I've asked for the price of part I've been told it costs 90 GBP. Unsuprisingly I wasn't shown an invoice when I asked for it.
